About PACE Georgia
PACE — the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly — was created to give older adults and their families the flexibility to meet healthcare needs while continuing to live in the community.
Through PACE, an interdisciplinary team of professionals provides all the coordinated care you need. These experts in elder care work together with you and your family to develop the most effective plan of care — and they stay with you every step of the way.
PACE covers all Medicare Parts A, B, and D benefits, all Medicaid-covered services, and any other medically necessary care — including prescription drugs, doctor visits, transportation, home care, dental, vision, and even nursing home stays when necessary.
